“My son has being doing martial arts @ Carolina extreme martial arts for over a year & absolutely loves it . we’ve tried gymnastics & soft ball prior to martial arts & he lost interest very quickly. I was worried about having him do martial arts bc he has ADHD & ODD & i thought it might not be a good fit for him … & i was correct .. it’s not a good fit , it’s a GREAT fit . He looks forward to going to class twice a week & he sleeps like a baby on the nights he has class . Both Sensei & Coach are Amazing, friendly & patient.“
