John is an amazing kind, good Christian man who is an expert at his job. when all other restoration companies are out for price gouging at the expense of desperate people affected by this devastating flood, John came to my house & gave me free advice saving me thousands of dollars. this is the best carpet cleaning company I've ever hired. the owner is spot on very thorough very concerned about your carpet and does an excellent job. I would definitely recommend him. unfortunately I don't see where to give him a five-star review but I definitely would.
