From the first time, the gentleman gave me the quote until Chris? and his colleague left yesterday, the room looks great, and it was done professionally and fast. This was very helpful as we are getting ready to move from North Carolina to South Carolina.

They were great! I requested an estimate and they were here the next day, and in less than a week I had my living room rug, couch, and ottoman professionally cleaned. The guys were friendly, professional, and took care of everything. They even left me a bottle of stain solution and took the time to explain the work they had done. We selected CFCS because of the great Google reviews. The company lived up to its 5-star rating and positive comments. The technicians cleaned two of our carpets yesterday which are in rooms with high traffic- both humans and pets. Every aspect of our experience was positive. Our phone inquiry was answered by an actual person, not an answering machine. The employees arrived on time for our scheduled appointments. The first appointment was for the evaluation of the job, and the representative was able to immediately let us know what the specific charge for the job would be. It was not an estimate.
