I'd give him 10 stars if I could. Fast, affordable and accurate! He communicated and responded quickly, answered the phone when called and had my survey finished in just over a week.
He explained what I'm need to do with regards to modifications and updates, as I get ready to build. He was clear on the base price as well as the additional things I asked of him.
I'll be using his services as I move through the permitting and building process.

Contacted Vernie on 12/14 about getting surveyed and he was at my home on 12/15 bright and early to survey and on 12/18 I received the map of the land. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN. Very prompt and prices are more than reasonable.

I called Mr. Cavenaugh based on his positive Google reviews. He answered his own phone and explained clearly what he would do. The price was reasonable and consistent with other surveys I have hired. He told me it might be a couple of weeks but in just a day called and said a cancelation meant he was available sooner if I wanted. He and his team did a very professional job and clearly staked out my lot boundaries so I can be confident that I am placing my new privacy fence in the correct locations. I received the formal site map within 24 hours. Very happy with the service.
