First time getting my nails done here . I read the reviews and the shop is close to my work so I wanted to give ot a try… I called to make an appointment and Jennifer was friendly and courteous on the phone , she was able to get me in with no problem. The overall service was the beginning to end was GREAT!!! I have found my NEW TECH !! It is hard to get good customer service now a days so when it’s there SHARE IT ! Jennifer was a true artist ? her assessment of my nails ? needs were on point. Knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Normally my daughter is anxious to get her nails done and be gone, the environment was so relaxing I was able to treat myself to a pedicure as well our manicures it was an inviting experience.
