I always get support from Island Computers. Visited today with my Dell XPS and a smoked power supply. They welcomed me immediately and found the proper part. I installed and saved me a new desktop purchase. Well done. I will be back for a tower build soon.

Sitting here writing this review in front of my newly built PC from Karatech Inc. I had originally wanted to upgrade my graphics card for my previous tower but they did all the research for me and found it wouldn't be worthwhile to go to the amount of effort it would take. They originally offered me trade in value for my old tower that could be applied to one of their already built towers but when one was sold they offered to do the same but build it instead. The trade in credit was great and they waved the labor costs for building it which really allowed me to get a great value. The staff was really helpful and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
