When you pay someone for a service, you expect to get good service. But when you get really good service when you haven’t yet contracted for that service - well, that’s exceptional service - and that’s why Ivory’s has such a great reputation. They truly operate as though they were doing it for someone they love. They treat customers (and potential customers) like family.

Finding Ivory's was a silver lining in a very dark cloud as my husband and I dealt with his new limitations caused by a debilitating medical condition. For the past 6 months we have relied on Ivory's at least 2x a week to take him to tests, surgeries, doctor appointments, therapy and even an overnite trip for treatment. The service has been stellar and the friendliness and compassion top notch. From day one they treated us as an old friend and we count them, especially Lucy, among our friends. I can't thank them enough!

I feel so fortunate to have found this company. We used them this morning for wheelchair transport for my husband to a doctor's appointment. They were amazing. Our driver was CJ and he was wonderful. He was kind and helpful. The service is extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend this company. Such a blessing to have this service in our community.
