I did not take a class here but the instructor that was there today is an amazing person. I going to my doctors appointment and needed to use the restroom very badly and she let me use their’s which I very appreciate. I will in the future take a class from here knowing that they are kind and sweet to people in need.

I can’t say enough good things about In Balance! Pilates here has truly changed my life. From the very first time I walked through the door, I felt completely welcomed. Zoë is incredible—she has such a calming, reassuring presence and brings so much positivity to every class. Her energy is like sunshine, and her classes always leave me feeling peaceful and grounded.

I began taking classes at In Balance Pilates Studio about a year ago. I have tried other chain pilates studios in the past to my dissatisfaction. In Balance been a game changer for my pilates practice. Carrie and her staff and are highly experienced, enthusiastic and caring instructors.They are supportive to each individual student, while offering a positive and safe studio environment.
