New pt: couldn’t fill out computer preregistration? Told greeter that n she laughed like shed heard it bf?? Gave cards & filled out paperwork! Hollar for me to fetch cards? Was asked for cards again? Said u have! She asked for copay dine no receipt! The Tech Marty was fab!! Very knowledgable n taught me a bunch! Took time to listen!! Md asked to say my name, he asked spell that? Name had been misspelled at front desk!! Again great exam! New glasses Rx, was expecting Cataract surgery n glad to hear not needed yet!!! Drove from Burgaw & changed MDs as he does surgery there!!!
