We had a great experience from start to finish with Hagood homes. We are currently building our first home down in NC with the help of Nora and Hannah. The process was smooth from start to finish and we are looking forward to our home being built. We appreciate everyones help who was involved and would highly recommend Hagood Homes.

We began a search for a location / home where we would prepare for our retirement about 2 years ago. We researched and visited existing homes and potential builders for a new home. One of the locations and builder was the Wilmington NC area and Hagood. We found ourselves comparing every potential home/location back to Hagood in the Bluffs. We began a dialogue with Nora and Hannah to see if we could find a lot to build the Hagood home we were most interested in. This took a while due to availability and suitability for us. We are very impressed with Hagood Homes and proud that we chose them as our builder. Their agents, Hannah and Nora, worked diligently to help us find the perfect lot and the perfect model. The staff was helpful and patient as we made many, many iterations of the house. They provided daily updates including pictures as the house was constructed, which was important to us as we didn't live near our new home. Their quality, attention to detail, and desire to ensure all our wants and needs in our new home are met are a just few of things that make Hagood Homes a wonderful builder.
