I’ve had my hair braid before at the 812 castle street location and it was beautiful and had no negative side effects on my hair but at this one the woman was nice as she could be and did a beautiful job overall on my hair but was ripping my hair out as she combed it and it hasn’t been a week and 4 of my braids has fallen out taking my actual hair with it. The end result is beautiful but if you don’t come with your hair straight as possible they will rip your hair out! Strongly don’t recommend this location.Services: Hairstyling

This Place was an Absolute Unprofessional Nitemare! First Off it was Cold as Hell cause the Heat was Broke on One of The Coldest Days in NC, Secondly the Roaches were Running Around like The Were Late for a Appointment or Something…Oh and Speaking of Appointment, We had One Scheduled for My Wife and Daughter. We Waited an Hour for The Woman to Show and After doing My Wife’s Hair She Tried to Back out on My Baby Girl Hair, Begging Us to Please Allow Her to do it The Next Day. We Eventually Agree but Next Day She Refused to Honor the Agreement and Actually Said She Never Said or Agreed to Anything!!!
