I had to leave a review after leaving this trip. James, is the only reason that great clips gets business from me. I’ve followed him around from store to store because I always know with 100% certainty that he can cut my hair without messing it up. He’s very friendly and personable. I’ve enjoyed haircuts from him for the past 4-5 years and Intend on having him be the only barber in town to cut my hair. He’s been in the business for years and certainly knows how to give a good haircut. Thank you James!
Why do the staff have to interrupt their current hair cuts to check customers in? Either hire a greeter or put in a kiosk so customers can enter their own number. Other than that, great service.
Came in yesterday with my husband and daughter. No appt and was fitted in fairly quickly. My husband went first and got a simple cut. While he was getting his cut he spoke to the lovely Ms Ginny about our daughter who was up next. My daughter is autistic and he was explaining how we wanted her hair cut. She called her to the chair next she gave my daughter the same wonderful bubbly energy she gave my husband and I am so grateful for that. Often when you take a special needs child out they are treated less or non existent. Ms Ginny was lovely and engaging.. She won her over and us too. We will back!
