When a company does such an awesome job in every area they deserve more than 5 stars! Rene was responsive and personable from the very beginning He sent us a fair estimate with lots of pics! They started the job when planned and were considerate in not trashing the area and they left the yard and area clean. When the job was finished Rene sent @ 300 pictures of before during and after and a warranty Love the transparency…how would you ever know what was done on your roof without the pictures. Roof looks great, quality materials and well constructed by fantastic folks!
Flores & Foley did a great job installing my fortified roof. Their team, Kevin, Miquel and Hugo made it a great experience. From their expertise of shingle quality and selecting a color, to understanding the details and differences between estimates.They weren’t the cheapest estimate, but their prices were comparable and materials above par. You get what you pay for. They added some “nice” no charge items, like touch up painting, that you don’t think about. This is the “cleanest,” after a new roof experience I have ever had. They managed the fortified roof process, making it a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend and I would use them again.
