F45 Mayfaire rocks!! Since my first day walking through the door I have always felt so comfortable, excited and encouraged to show up for workouts. All of the trainers there are incredible at what they do, very attentive to any needs you may have and extremely supportive and encouraging in helping you progress and meet your goals! They run a tight ship, everything is always clean and well organized and the workouts flow so smoothly and not to mention FUN!! The awesome folks and community that’s happening over there is also a huge perk :) Thanks F45 Mayfaire team you the BEST ❤️
