Kent Rivenbark is an excellent pest service person. He always gives me a “heads up” the day before service and is always punctual, even to the minute of our appointment. He is cordial and polite. He comes in and gets the job done with no disturbance to my routine.

Zach Bennett at the Wilmington NC office is THE best technician I have ever had the pleasure of serving my home in the past 23 years-All of which I've used Dodson. His knowledge is on point as is his patience and action! I truly was ready to cancel my contract because of a previous service technician. When Zach called the first time, he asked me to give him a chance and I am so thankful that I did.....Zach Bennett is AMAZING! He is the reason I am still with Dodson and the reason I would recommend them.
