Walen was our technician for rat eradication and prevention. He did an outstanding job in getting wire mesh over all the roof gables and was very meticulous in locating and blocking places where the little critters come and go in the basement. Kenny came out to our house this morning and provided a thorough evaluation of our home. He quickly identified the bug problem and offered the best treatment options available. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful while showing us problem areas and explaining everything in great detail. He even offered expert tips and suggestions to help control the problem both before and after treatment. Kenny took the time to speak with our property manager and scheduled the more intense extermination that was needed.
