My attic fan started making horrible scraping noises - on the hottest day of the year!! I called D. Thomas Roofing. Dave himself came over and crawled into the very small attic access - again on the hottest day of the year - determined that we needed a new fan. The very next day, his team was on-site, replaced the fan completely from the outside - they didn't need to come into the house - finished the installation and cleaned up within about 2 hours. Thank you for the prompt assessment, quick action to replace the ailing fan and the professionalism of the team. Five stars!

Mr. Thomas and his team did an incredible job repairing my metal roof at a very reasonable price. After a thorough exam of the roof, he discussed the repair recommendations and I was emailed an estimate. Mr. Thomas was very pleasant and professional to work with. His team was very efficient and they went above and beyond what I had expected. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up the worksite when they were finished with the repairs.
