I brought my Land Rover/Range Rover in for AC Service. When your AC isn't working in July, a lot of places would take advantage of that. Not D&E. I'm so glad I decided to have them do my repair.
The technician also diagnosed a non AC related issue that has been baffling other repair shops for a few weeks.
I arrived a few minutes late but they were ready for me. While my car was being serviced, I made myself comfortable in their conference room and worked as if I were in my home office. They offered plenty of snacks!

Fast and friendly service!
Chuck knew what I wanted and called me as soon as it was traded in!! I did a test drive and decided it was definitely the one I wanted. I was in and out with paperwork signed and keys in hand in less than an hour! I did purchase the maintenance package and just had my service done. Oil change, tire rotation, and inspection and was only there for an hour!

Every time I bring my moms Outlander Sport in for service, the service advisors are always professional and polite. If there are any recommended services they are told to me and asked if I would like to take care of any of them before service is performed. No pressure, just a down home friendly owned business
