This place was great. I had a broken side view mirror and called several places for a quote. Not only did they get back to me the quickest but also gave me the best price. They did everything they said they would and it even cost less than the quote. The staff was really friendly. Brandy was super nice and helpful.
Truly one of the greatest experiences I’ve had, not just with a car company, but with any company. It’s extremely rare to find a business in the vehicle industry that actually cares about their customers, and custom auto is that rarity. They helped me out so much, I don’t even know how to begin to thank them. I’ll just be recommending them as much as I can to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle
I spoke with 3 body shops. I chose this one because of the professionalism of Brandi, the receptionist. I had never been in an accident and had no knowledge of the process for repair. She was kind, empathetic, and explained the process in detail. I did not receive that willingness to explain from anyone else. After the body shop completed their work on the car, one can’t even tell it had been backed into. I am thoroughly satisfied and highly recommend them.
