I've been going to Dr LaBrecque for almost 20 years. She always fixes me right up. The recent addition of Dr Kelly's dry needling makes my adjustments even more effective. Thanks to all the friendly people at Coastal Chiropractic!

Dr. Tracy LaBreque is absolutely FABULOUS. She is thorough with questions about how my body was reacting to the injury and explained in detail how she was going to aid in my recovery. I felt that I was in very capable hands and was accurate. I recommend her HIGHLY.

This office was recommended to me bymy chiropractor in Cary as we moved to Wilmington recently. Dr. Kelly and staff are truly extraordinary! They’re all so knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Kelly listens attentively and provides invaluable insight into my issues. I leave feeling so much better each time and I feel much better overall day to day with just being seen only a few times so far.
