I went to this dentist office for the first time in Sept after being referred by a friend. I’m so glad I did! I had not been to the dentist in years because of my anxiety about it. My new patient paperwork had a box you could check if you were nervous about the dentist which I did. They were so accommodating. They gave my a blanket and explained each and every step. Dr. Hoff is so sweet, thoughtful and funny too! I got a popcorn kernel stuck in my gums the following month and had to make an emergency appt. They got me in so fast and Hoff took such good care of me. Couldn’t recommend them enough! :)
Dr. Hoff got me in quickly after I spoke to her about a few concerns I had with some bad cavities, chipped teeth, and pain. Her and her staff spent 4 hours getting everything taken care of, and were very informative about every procedure that they performed during my visit. It was a great visit due to their patience, attention to detail, and communication throughout. If you need a dentist and are in the Wilmington NC area, I highly recommend!
The most professional and friendly dentistry in Wilmington, HANDS DOWN! I have been going to Carter and Hoff for a few years and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with each visit. Dr. Carter is very transparent and knowledgeable, which are two qualities I value most in a dentist. I've also had great experiences with the rest of the team, especially Deena, my hygienist. She is the best, and I fully trust her knowledge and expertise!
