Best customer service experience! Sarah was super friendly and informative in helping me pick out a rug for my dorm. She responded to my email promptly and patiently helped me decide which remnant carpet to choose from their warehouse. She was accommodating in every way imaginable. I definitely plan to return!

Although Carpet One's pricing was higher than the other bids, we truly sensed that Phil Thomas personally represented the company well. We also believed that his character was genuine and above reproach. His willingness to listen/understand our ongoing flooring issues in our newly built 3 year old dream home is what made our decision to go with Carpet One. He assured us that the installer he recommended, James Quittschreiber, was skilled in repairing and tackling difficult flooring issues onsite. You cannot go wrong by hiring Carpet One if you desire to have a quality floor and install!
