We are in the process of remodeling a house so we frequented Butlers a lot. What I really liked about this store is the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The guys remembered my name and always thanked me for shopping there. If they didn't have what we needed, they found out when they could get it in and followed up with me.

The guys at butler have an unprecedented knowledge of lighting and electrical supplies. As a electrical contractor in Wilmington, I trust them with all my needs. They create a unique combination of professionalism , responsiveness and friendly customer service that is second to none.

I can't say enough about the great customer service that was afforded to me by the personnel working at Butler Electric's showroom in Wilmington. They couldn't have been more accommodating and hospitable in trying to please me in replacing my light fixtures. It's nice to see that in this day and age that some companies still believe in providing excellent customer service. Thank you Nicole and Lisa for walking that extra mile to help me.
