Great experiencing having my MacBook Pro battery changed out. 2019 model and Apple / Best Buy both gave me the runaround. IFixNC was able to order and install the new battery quickly and affordable. I would recommend.
I got great help from both store owners. They definitely offer fantastic customer service. I wish I lived closer to regularly work with them. Needed a repair and was told by Apple to go to Best Buy. After having to make an appointment, waiting in line, being quoted $300+, I decided to try Bilzi and was in and out within 15 minutes. Walked in as they were closing up, and they said no worries let’s take a look. My computer was repaired and I was out the door in no time with 0 hassle and a much cheaper price.
