Josh responded to my email with in 30 minutes on a day after a Holiday. This issue would have been a really big deal, if not resolved this morning, so his response time was on the money. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in fixing our computer issues. We were unable to remote into QB at the same time and they were able to fix that when we needed it most ... PAYDAY ... LoL
