We recently began onboarding with ACS as our MSP, and the experience has been excellent. Their team was onsite with us this afternoon, and Chris and Wyatt were professional, prepared, and easy to work with. They presented clearly, read the room well, and showed the kind of flexibility and judgment we value in an IT partner.
The onboarding process has given us confidence that ACS understands both the technical side and the relationship side of managed services. This is exactly the type of partnership we were looking for. Highly recommend.
Josh responded to my email with in 30 minutes on a day after a Holiday. This issue would have been a really big deal, if not resolved this morning, so his response time was on the money.
