I went to Dr. Hentz for several years and now that I live outside of Wilmington, I genuinely miss her as my GYN. She was always honest, straight forward, and willing to answer even the most embarrassing questions with practical solutions or suggestions. It is obvious that she has been practicing medicine for a long time. She cuts to the chase because she doesn't need to "fluff" her practical or medical knowledge. She's been there, she's seen it, and I always want someone with that kind of experience and confidence helping me make health and wellness decisions.

I had a really terrible experience with this practice and would strongly recommend against them as healthcare providers. In short: ~A nurse, not the doctor, called and gave me my diagnosis of PCOS over the phone despite it being obvious that I was driving at the time! It wasn't 'Is this a good time to talk?' or "We'd like you to come back in to talk about your ultrasound.' No, this nurse said, "Looks like you've got PCOS. Did you want OTC meds, or...?' No explanations about my diagnosis, no discussion of options, no request for a follow-up visit, no advice, nothing. It was unbelievably uncaring and unprofessional. When I said... read full review
