Outstanding customer service! It took years to track down a problem where one breaker would trip during heavy rainstorms. Electrician #5 said he thought it was caused by an attic fan even though the fan didn't seem to have any wiring problems. I thought maybe it was the roof vent/fan that Baker installed that was letting in water so I called Baker: 7 years after their install! The NEXT MORNING, Baker had someone at my house investigating the problem! No wiring issues with the fan were found, again, but the tech, Wayne Stanfield, moved the fan's temp sensor away from the hole in the roof to reduce the chance of moisture intrusion. If you are looking for roof and dont wanna pay and outrageous amount for good quality work and materials call Jarrette Anderson at BRC. Everywhere else was quoting us at 10+thousand dollars these guys came in under 7k! You cant beat the price. They had our roof on in one day. Cleaned up everything even folded the tarps we had on the roof and neatly placed them on the porch! Couldn't ask for better. Thank you guys.
