Ian, his project supervisor Bill, and the broader crew did a superb job with my roof. Not only was the end result a quality roof, the experience of planning and discussing my options was a breeze. Ian’s communication skills left nothing to be desired. I was well informed during the entire process and Ian responded to all my questions quickly.I chose Summit after looking at multiple companies in the area. Ian came across as genuine and trustworthy when inspecting my roof. The quote he provided was comprehensive and thorough compared to others I have seen. We recently had our roof replaced by Ian and his team. We ended up going with a fortified roof which is better rated for adverse coastal weather and love the added peace of mind. Ian was helpful throughout the whole process, checked in regularly before, during and after our quick install. His team was professional and tidy. His on-site project manager Bill was helpful and spent multiple hours cleaning up ensuring that nothing was left behind in the yard that could harm our dog. With luck we won’t need them again for a few decades, but if a disaster happens- I’d be sure to call them again.
