Have two Carrier units installed last month (2 ton & 4 ton)by Anderson Air. Clean installation but had minor electrical failure on the two ton. Switched out part and checked both units. Glad we chose Anderson & Carrier

Hi. At first, I spoke with a couple of different people on the phone to get things going and explain my problem with my AC. Technician showed up on time with buckets of patience and tools:) Temp. fixed me up, ordered a part and set me up with maintenance. A couple of days later, a different tech came by; on time, and installed. I was able to pay my bill via the tech at my house. Five Star Experience. THANKS!!!
