Had them install my unit in 2022. Had an accident doing yard work & called to seek advice on what to do until someone could come out to service it. It's suppose to rain, & there were wires exposed. I called at 5, customer service stated someone would call me back. An hour later at 6, I called again, looking for an eta. Nothing. Customer Service said it could take a while. Called again at 8, couldn't get through. Called again at 9:00. Customer Service stated I SHOULD have at least received a update on when to expect them. Still no update. Knowing it's the weekend on Labor day, I wasn't expecting to be seen, BUT was expecting a call back at the VERY LEAST! I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere since I'm not worth 5mins of their time.
