I’ve used A & D Appliance Repair at least five times now, and every single experience has been excellent. Their office staff is always friendly, responsive, and makes scheduling so easy. The repairman who comes to the house is just as great: professional, knowledgeable, and efficient every time.
They are so transparent and honest. I’ve never felt upsold or misled. Anthony, the repairman, clearly explains what’s going on and gives recommendations you can trust. It’s rare to find a company where both the office team and the in-home service are consistently this awesome. Highly recommend!
A&D is a very reliable company to work with for appliance repairs. We use them to service our rental department, (Vacation and Long Term.) They are always quick to reply and repair.
A & D came to my rescue. My refrigerator was not cooling. It was discovered on a Friday evening on a holiday weekend. I called several repair shops early Monday hoping to have someone come within 24 hours. No luck. It wasn't until mid-morning that I called A & D and Melissa immediately got on it. She indicated she would do her best to fit me in to one of the technician's schedule that same day. Within a couple of hours I had Caleb Pellot come to my home and successfully diagnosed the problem.
