Outstanding service and fair pricing. I came in with 2 aftermarket fobs for a somewhat rare Lexus. Staff (didn't catch his name!) was thorough, creative, and took the time to find the right solution for the fobs and get me on my way.Less than half the price quoted by Lexus and Toyota dealer. Super-knowledgable!

Needed a new smart key fob. Called them this morning and they said come on in. Took 10 minutes and the guy was really nice. Half the price of the dealer. Works perfectly. Recommend!

Just moved to area, & stopped in to get my new home door locks changed. The two employees got my information, set an approx date (we'll call on Mon to confirm a Tues/Wed pm appt), and gave me an estimate for 4 doors with 8 locks to rekey. On Mon afternoon, tech said he's coming to island and if possible, will do 'today.' He came, did all 8 locks in under 90 min, fixed two sticking deadbolts, and oiled up two locks which had gunky graphite in them. Nice fellow, Al, and we chatted while he did the install!
