Key was stuck in the door and will not budge. Spoke with John, who texted when Steve was on his way, excellent communications and customer service. Steve was personable and was able to disassemble the lock, fix it and put it all back, retrieve key, problem solved. Thank you!
Got locked out of house called three locksmith companies complete was the only one that actually answered the phone and came out in 30 minutes I would highly recommend Complete locksmith
I am so embarrassed to say that it took me this long to write a review since this happened on Aug. 14th! Larry is just an absolute lifesaver! We had a very very pregnant neighbor just going through it and the day before her oldest started his 1st day of school, her keys go missing super late at night. What a mess. After waiting over 3 hours for AAA with no-one coming to the rescue, Larry showed up with sense of humor in hand and made sure we were all taken care of. I can not thank you enough for wrapping up the end of the day with a long awaited win!! We even sent him away with a late night dinner. Thank you! Thank you! Thank You!
