The staff was so caring and attentive and made sure she was put in the right play group for her personality. They sent pictures throughout the day and quickly responded to any of our questions. We are so pleased that we found a safe and loving place with caring attendants for our Molly. It was such a positive experience that we will send her back just for play days. “The team at Edgewood has been taking care of my dogs for the last five years with their grooming. They always do a great job taking care of our boys. When our youngest one was working on his championship, he stayed with the owner for several weeks while out on the road. It takes a lot of trust to let your young pup go out and be gone for weeks at a time. They took great care of him and I dare that he came home better behaved then when he left. We drive about 45 minutes to get to them every few weeks simply because they provide a skilled care service for our dogs. We refer them pretty regularly was having a large, long haired dog requires a certain set of skills from a groomer.“

“Woke up to my dogs face swollen on one side and I was FREAKED OUT> Newish to the area and had no idea where to go. Thanks to NextDoor - I saw 2 recommendations that stood out. I was SO lucky to call Ansede. They were beyond kind even though I was a bit panicked. They got some info over the phone and told me to come on in. They were amazing. Everyone was nice - Cookie was wagging her tail the whole time. They took us right in and were quick to assure me that Cookie was fine and it was most likely just a bug or spider bite. They did a couple other maintenance things since we were there and get more done since we were paying the visit fee. They were the best - and they are now Cookies official Vet! Highly recommend !!!“

“Our family has been bringing our sweet senior boy here for a few years now. They do a fabulous job with him and he always comes out looking fantastic and smelling amazing. He gets anxious about grooming so being able to drop him off and not have him waiting in a kennel. Really appreciate that they give you a rough time estimate and text about 20 mins from being finished.“

“I brought my Norwegian Forest cat, Misha, to Ashley for a grooming. Misha had some terrible mats. (She gets them every spring - shedding season.). Although she was busy, Ashley fit us into her schedule for the following day after my phone call. Ashley was very attentive to my concerns, and above all was very caring and gentle with my cat. Knowing cats well, she did not over-groom to the point of stressing out Misha. It was easy to tell that Ashley loves her work, loves animals and is very sensitive to their needs.“

“It's a great place with one issue not worth removing a star over. That issue is the $6 bone they keep out front to the right. It's extremely popular and whomever is in charge doesn't keep it in stock well enough. When something is the star of your show, make sure you have it.Now...I've brought my dog in for nail trimming. Grinding down as far as possible without hurting her cost $19. I think there's a lesser effort for $15 but didn't try it. This service is walk-in, but because I don't trust people to be at work when I need them, I asked for an appointment instead. I was placated. Please and thank you.Door Dash delivers from here too. If you don't feel like hauling a 25-pound bag of dog food, boom, there it is. However, a dasher once also messed up my order, which Dash refunded.Setting up an appointment via the website is iffy. Call them instead. They don't want you to do that, btw. Call them anyhow. Every person working was friendly and I like talking with them when I shop there. There's usually a treat ready for my pooch, too. The restrooms are always clean and available and, pro-tip here, it's a great place to stop if you're out cruising and just need to use a bathroom.Love this PetSmart. And so does my dog.A.“

“We absolutely love Pet Paradise in Cary! The entire team has been nothing but friendly since I started taking Pepper (my little furbaby) there in September for grooming appointments. Sydney is friendly, kind, communicative, and an absolute delight to work with. Pepper absolutely adores her. ❤️

I cannot speak to their day camp YET but Pepper will be trying that out in the new year, so I’ll update this review with details on that later. I will say the team took immediate time out to give me a tour when I inquired about the space, and overall I loved what I saw and felt confident my little girl would have a fantastic time playing with others there if I needed to drop her off for an afternoon.
