The vets and techs are highly skilled and compassionate. The customer service is stellar as the staff are efficient and responsive but most of all, kind. My pups are never nervous or apprehensive about going to this vet which is a clear indicator that Carolina Pets staff are very good to my babies. The pups go here for all of their care. When we had their teeth cleaned, the staff kept us informed every step of the way and Dr. Carroll called to inform us of progress and findings throughout their procedures. They will love on your fur babies as if they are family.

They got me in quickly to see my dog and take care of the issue right away - the #2 issue was wreaking havoc in my house. But they got me to tolls to get her feeling better soon, so that was most important. They are always so nice too.

Have used Dr. Kate O'Hara for 18 years. She's the best. If she accepted Medicare I'd go to her myself. She listens to your concerns and then will offer a variety of treatment options based on your personal wishes for your pet. She's patient, takes time to explain things and is great at hand holding for nervous pet parents. My only complaint is that she's too well loved and can be booked up for weeks in advance. The support staff is excellent as well. The hospital is clean and conveniently located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. I highly recommend this facility.
