If you are looking for the most caring vet in the Charlotte area, look no further. I have never had a vet like Dr. Bonilla. She is kind, she is thorough, & most importantly she goes above and beyond for our 3 fur babies. I've never had a vet take time after hours to reach out to me personally to communicate about next steps with my dogs until Dr. B came into our lives. She even consults with providers she's referring us to to make sure no stone is left unturned. I'm a very picky person and ask a million questions which can be a lot for any provider, but Dr. B always talks to me like we are a team in addressing my fur babies health. Dr Izzy and tech Carly were wonderful with my senior fur baby Aiko. They are caring and gentle and didn't mind all the kisses Aiko gave them. ? Dr Izzy explained what to do for Aiko and her diarrhea problem in plain and understandable directions. Would highly recommend them!
