I gave it 3 stars only because I liked the NP I had. The clinic as a whole, not so much. When I tried to get an appointment as a new patient, the receptionist I spoke to wasn't pleasant (first red flag). Expect to schedule appointments after your refills unexpectedly run out. My husband is a diabetic and his meds shouldn't be held hostage like that. I've NEVER had to do this with any other PC doctor, so this feels like I am being forced to come in and pay to get my prescriptions refilled. My husband started going to see Dr. Clayton a couple of years ago. He never went to the doctor routinely but he does now. Dr. Clayton is an amazing man of God and it shows in his practice and employees. I started going as well and recently saw the NP for the first time and I felt heard and respected and cared for. I feel blessed to be a patient of this clinic and am very thankful for medical care I can trust.

I have been seeing Dr Clayton and his staff for 15 years as my primary care physician. Dr Clayton has always been kind and helpful to me. His staff rarely changes because they like it there.
