I had Prime Heating & Cooling (Thomas ) come out and troubleshoot my heat pump. He was very detailed explaining the cause for unit not running? He fixed the issue and re tested unit to be sure all was working correctly. Thomas is very good to work with and is very mild manner. Their prices are on the lower end of the range of other contractors in the area. I will definitely be using them in the future. These guys are honest and very professional.
