“I came to BenchMark Physical Therapy in November/December of 2025 because of a right knee injury. The receptionist, Hope, was kind and thorough getting me set up with insurance and appointments. Aaron, my therapist, showed excellent knowledge in crafting my group of exercises and stretches. He knew how to motivate me and always created an encouraging atmosphere. He was always patient while reminding me of the importance of the details of doing each exercise. I started physical therapy hoping for some improvement in my symptoms of feeling the knee was unstable, being unable to straighten the knee without pain, and being unable to kneel on anything, even a mattress, without pain. But by the end of expert therapy, these symptoms are now completely gone. I am strong and confident again doing normal activities without instability or pain.
