I had my crawl space encapsulated a week ago and found water on the new plastic. I found it was coming from the valve on the water heater. Steve from Western Carolina Plumbing was next door working on their plumbing issue. I walked over and asked for information to schedule a time to have them come out and look at my plumbing issue. He said he would come right over and look at it. Once he was done next door, he came over and replaced the valve and rerouted the drain out of the crawl space and to a proper drain.
