My experience with West Carolina water treatment was second to none. I anticipated having clean water. Which I do. I did not anticipate, the level of customer service I was offered. From the girl in the office, to the guys that help Dennis, to Dennis himself. They were all amazing. So helpful with things that had nothing to do with their job description! I wish every business was run like West Carolina water treatment ?

Several years ago, I had WCWT install a whole house carbon filter and a reverse osmosis system in my home in Biltmore Park. Dennis has always done the maintenance timely. Now, I’ve had WCWT do the same thing at a second home. The work has been stellar, and at a reasonable cost. I can’t say enough good things about this company!
