Suite Room was spacious but could have used a mini fridge and microwave. Coffee maker did not work well and in order to flush the toilet effectively we had to take the top off the tank to flush it.
Staff were very friendly and food was excellent. However, I normally find locations when they automatically add gratuity for two people that they mention it. Seemed slightly deceitful.
The golf course was in excellent shape but over priced given I’ve paid less at TPC and Omni courses.
Given the abundance of other options in the Smokies/Appalachia if asked if I would come again it is unlikely.
Had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impressive. Would definitely recommend!
If you are looking for a quaint, historical and easy to find place to stay for the night or the week, with an awesome golf course, this maybe the place for you. Pretty easy to find off the 74 and close to the downtown for an evening out. The inn itself is old, but they have done an excellent job in restoration. One thing you have to be cognizant of, it the lobby is actually part of the golf pro-shop, which is the smaller building in front of the inn.
