After three generations of family using this office they refused to help my daughter today on my first ever "emergency" request. Her new contacts are being held up by insurance and she has a sports event this weekend. They have her prescription in office but will not sell me a pair because the company that supplies their contacts "won't allow it." Corporations over patient care has taken over too many offices.

Contacted Dr. Brown's office because my husband got a piece of metal in his eye while working. They took him in immediately and helped remove it. They are top notch! I appreciate them helping him so quickly.

Just had my annual check-up post cataract lens implant surgery. All went well and after one year my vision is still 20/20. Everyone in the office is informed and helpful. Dr Brown is excellent and takes time to explain and answer all questions. It really is the best eye care experience I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Amanda went above and beyond to make my transition to my first appointment smoother than I could imagine. The day before my visit she realized that my insurance wasn’t pulling up, so we searched and found the correct insurance in order to be seen. I really appreciate her patience and kindness especially willingness to go above and beyond to help me. Not only that but Dr. Koi Brown is very knowledgeable and how he explains what he is doing and why it helps me understand more the purposes of the this exact service. Lastly, I was there during Halloween time and they went all out on their decorations which was the cherry on top for me!
