Great place!!! Robin is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. My dog looks and feels much better. The rates are more than reasonable. As long as I live in Maggie Valley this will be my dogs groomer.UPDATE: First impressions aren't always true! I took my dog in to get her nails trimmed. When they had her in the back room to trim her nails, she was screaming in pain. It was all I could do to remain calm and in my seat. When they brought her out to me, they had taken it upon themselves to trim her hair, and they said they emptied her anal glands. My poor dog was in shock for the ride home. Gracie, a large goldendoodle, went for her first visit to Shaggy 2 Chic and came back looking and smelling great! She seemed to enjoy her experience and Robin took excellent care of her. We'll be back soon!

We just moved to the area and took our 5 month old Teddy Bear puppy (Mal-Shi), Sophie today to Shaggy 2 Chic for the first time. They did a wonderful job and she looks AWESOME. Thank you to the staff and especially to Robin for taking great care of our fur baby.
