Shaggy 2 Chic Pet Salon

Shaggy 2 Chic Pet Salon is a business owned by an award-winning groomer with over 20 years of experience and certification from the NDGAA. They have previously worked as a grooming instructor at the Florida Institute of Animal Arts. The salon offers breed trims, pet trims, and ala carte services such as nail trims, shave pads, and sanitary trims. They also cater to cats.

Many customers have shared positive experiences at Shaggy 2 Chic. One customer has taken their pets, Lulu and Rascal, to the salon for about 2 years, appreciating the care and patience shown to Lulu, a tough dog who dislikes grooming. Another customer praised Robin for her professionalism and knowledge, stating their dog looked and felt much better after being groomed.

Additionally, Robin has been recognized as a "Grooming Angel" for her ability to correct previous grooming mistakes, leaving one customer so moved that they cried when they saw the transformation of their dog, Cooper. Another customer mentioned how Robin did a great job on their tiny 4-month-old Havapoo, Bella, expressing happiness with the quick appointment.

However, there has been a negative incident reported by a customer whose dog experienced distress during a nail trim, with claims of pain and unauthorized procedures. This incident has raised concerns about the importance of monitoring what is done to pets during grooming sessions.

In summary, Shaggy 2 Chic Pet Salon is a business with experienced and knowledgeable groomers, offering a variety of services for pets. While many customers have had positive experiences, it is crucial to stay informed about the grooming process.
