“Great place!!! Robin is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. My dog looks and feels much better. The rates are more than reasonable. As long as I live in Maggie Valley this will be my dogs groomer.UPDATE: First impressions aren't always true! I took my dog in to get her nails trimmed. When they had her in the back room to trim her nails, she was screaming in pain. It was all I could do to remain calm and in my seat. When they brought her out to me, they had taken it upon themselves to trim her hair, and they said they emptied her anal glands. My poor dog was in shock for the ride home. She started pooping inside only, for a week! My energetic and lively little girl was terrified to go outside for 2 weeks! I'll NEVER take my baby back there again. Please pay attention to what is being done to your dog if you go here!“
