VERY nice and understanding. I have recently had a big life change and Trinity was so helpful and empathetic for my situation and helped with my loan. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to be on the phone with to assist me.
There is a great woman name Kerry that works at this branch that have help me in every way with our loan to make sure that we kept our loan payments up to date with doing due date changes, defer payment and any other help that I for ...... thank you so much for helping me with tough times
