Should know better than to let someone leave looking so bad that they want to go home after and cut off all their remaining hair. Got way better cuts for less cost. Will never be returning, not at all worth the money.

I started coming here for Arianna—she was amazing. Since then, I’ve booked twice with Brenda, and both times she showed up late. A couple minutes late I can understand, but 15–30 minutes with no communication is ridiculous. I can overlook it once, but twice is frustrating. I’d rather spend my money with a stylist who respects my time.

Brenda ruined my Gransons hair today. He went for a trim on his mullet and got a military cut...He is heart broken💔 I hope she learns to listen to her clients

Just moved to Maggie and needed a hair cut. Saw Richard's dog Cuatro on his website who won me over..lol
Seriously, I couldn't have been happier with Richard and Eagle's Nest. The haircut was excellent and the conversation at the shop was even better!! Nice folks for sure!!
Glad I found Richard.. he'll be my WNC barber forever!

Richard is great. I have finicky hair. If it’s too short it just stands right up off my head. He does a fantastic job trimming it just so. Also every couple a hair cuts I get him to trim up the beard. He does an amazing job.
