I would highly recommend Haywood Computers. I dropped my laptop, the hard drive froze up. I took it to Haywood Computers, I thought he would tell me I needed a new laptop. But he was honest with me, told me I didn't need a new laptop, just a new hard drive. I appreciated the honesty because he could have easily talked me into a new laptop. Within a few days he let me know it was ready to pick up. And even better, he was able to get everything off the old frozen hard drive onto the new hard drive. He's the best!

Hi drive from Franklin to go to Waynesville to have David work on my computers. I wouldn't ever trust to go anywhere else! David and Tiffany are amazing and they deliver on everything they tell you.

Jason is amazing! My family has used Byte Me to fix our PC, get an estimate on a TV repair, and fix my stepson's XBox. Jason is always friendly and professional and goes above and beyond with repairs. He was honest with us about our TV, telling us it would be more practical to buy another one rather than fix the one we had. He has consistently exceeded our expectations with every electronic issue we've had.
