10/10! I brought in my laptop that was freaking out on me & he was able to fix it and bring it up to date. I asked his opinion on my future computer needs for my business and he was very patient & professional explaining some options for me that were within my budget. Highly recommend!

I'd give Jason ten stars. Five is not enough. He removed malware from my computer, added software to prevent bad actors from attacking it again and made good suggestions for the way I use my computer in business. I work with sensitive data. His communication was outstanding. He called with updates as promised, delivered the computer back in a timely manor, and his price was fair.

I built a high end gaming rig in 2023, worked fine for 3 years. Started getting instability issues and no trouble shooting I did would solve or diagnose my problems. Jason the owner at Byte Me Computers was able to get my pc up n running again in about 4 days with a challenging diagnosis. Fried mobo as well as a cpu. If you think you know tech theyre better, wouldnt recommend any other shop.
