Donna and her team have been caring for our two story 3500 SF historic home in Maggie Valley since last summer. We feel very good about her work and dedication. It is an old house with some quirks, and we feel comfortable knowing that she maintains it both for our family visits four times a year and our short term rental guests. Since we do not live here full time, that trust is especially important.

We have been using Alejay Green Cleaning to clean our STR in the Maggie Valley for the past 2 years. They have been excellent. Prior to this company, I was constantly worried when a guest was checking in because inevitably there was an issue with cleaning. In 2 years and many turns, we haven't experienced one complaint with Donna's group. Donna takes ownership in her company and how the employees perform. They also take care of small maintenance items as requested which is huge for owners that live far away from their properties. Biggest issue I see is finding qualified people to handle the workload. Highly recommend.
